Some random thoughts: Contact tracing

According to the news, to safely relax social distancing and reopen businesses, we need testing and contact tracing. I’ve heard that the number of people needed to do the contact tracing could be significant. I’ve heard that it would not be difficult to train an average person to do contract tracing. We might be able to get contract tracing up and running quickly if we utilized the National Guard. Later, there might be an opportunity for people who have lost their jobs to find employment as contract tracers.
